This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AED 1800 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of AED 100 applies for arrivals after between 20:00 and 22:00 and a surcharge of AED 150 applies for arrivals between 22:00 and 08:00. All requests for arrival after 00:00 are subject to confirmation by the property. All guests are required to send photo identification or passport copies to the property at least 24 hours before arrival for access and security purposes.
