You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. NO SMOKERS & NO SMOKING of anything allowed (including incense & sage). Inside or out. Curb to fence. This is not a suggestion. Nor is it an invitation to find a new and creative way to interpret NO SMOKING. Again, I will implement a fine ($250-$750) depending on the severity. Please note that our property is suitable for toddlers and children under 12. Younger children are welcome. Please note the home is not baby proofed. Large groups (8 or more people entering the house guest or visitor) must provide a $1000-$1500 rules/damage deposit & a signed short term rental agreement. Any special gathering should be disclosed at the time of booking. (There may be additional precautions required) Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please respect the noise curfew. This includes turning off music and having visitors and non registered guests leave. Please make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics, fireplace, stove, oven & any running water when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Scratching the floors could be very costly to you.
