All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 8. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 1000 is required when you book. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Tahoe Destination Vacation Rentals will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property 24 hours after receipt. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in.
