The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. - There has just started a construction of a new building directly in front of this building and we want to inform that there can be noise coming from the building. We do not have any more information than this or when it will be ending. The bedrooms are facing the back of the apartment. Please have in mind that we can not give any guarantees of noise coming from the building, and by making a reservation guests accept this. The building is affecting the view to the left and to the front, but there is still a sea view to the right to the canyon light house!", The works are estimated for 20 more months.
