A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Cats and dogs are welcome, however certain dangerous breeds are restricted, proper approval and screening are required. A pet fee of $15 a day is charged up to 15 days. The heating is centrally controlled. The heating comes on in mid October and turns off on towards the end of May.
