The Lookout is a semi-detached villa situated in Dikwella in the Matara District Region and is 13 km from Tangalle. It offers direct beach access. The villa is 27 km from Mirissa and offers an outdoor pool. Each air-conditioned bedroom is fitted with flat-screen TVs with HDMI cables. The upper level bedrooms have full sea view while the lower level bedroom has its own private courtyard and access to garden and pool. All bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms fitted with rain shwoers. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, a toaster and a fridge, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Towels and bed linen are featured in this villa. Other facilities at The Lookout include an outdoor pool. Koggala is 42 km from The Lookout, while Weligama is 30 km from the property.
