You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - Please note the £35 per hour Late Checkout Fee. If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a £35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee. - Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm -7 am. Violators will be charged a £200 fee. This property uses a CCTV/Ring Camera to ensure the security of the guest. The camera devices are located in communal areas within the property and not in private spaces. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a £200 fee. Please note that not all CCTV cameras are live, some are visual deterrents only.
