WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

All children are welcome. One child under 6 years is charged EUR 35 per night when using existing beds. One older child or adult is charged EUR 35 per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 7. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please inform Beach Location Studio in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that check-in outside the regular hours is possible at a surcharge. Guests are kindly requested to notify the property their estimated time of arrival by using the Comments Box. Please also note that there is only 1 parking space per accommodation available. See Policies. Please note that guests have the possibility to clean the room themselves, or otherwise a cleaning fee of EUR 25 applies upon departure.
