The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 75 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform the guesthouse in advance if the guest arrival is before 16:00 and whether you would like to store your luggage as this service is subject to availability. The accommodation uses a self-check-in system. Instructions on how to use this property system will be sent out a few days before guests’ arrival. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.
