A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Late check-in is possible for an additional fee: - Check-in after 21:00 is GBP 50. Child's Baby Cot and High Chair are available, upon request, for a surcharge of 45 GBP per stay per item.
