Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of ZAR 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of ZAR 250 applies for arrivals after 21h00 and early departures before 07h00. All requests for late arrival and early departures are subject to confirmation by the property. Housekeeping staff will provide a daily refresh service from Monday to Friday, and linen and towel change service every 5th day. Housekeeping services can be arranged weekends and public holidays at a surcharge.
