This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Summer Fun in the Smokys in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in. Please note the primary guest must stay in the unit for the duration of the reservation. After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company before arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement, please contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy.
