Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The property is equipped with electric convectors/stoves and doesn't have A/C system. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 8 per person/per stay. The cleaning of the apartment is responsibility of the owner, but the sink, crockery and hob must be left clean by the customer and the customer must take care of the disposal and free the property from any personal effects, otherwise an extra charge will be applied by the owner EUR 45.00 for this service.
