This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property has no reception. Please contact the property in advance for check-in arrangements. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of 15 EUR applies for arrivals outside of check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
