This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm-7 am. Violators will be charged a £200 fee. This property uses a CCTV/Ring Camera to ensure the security of the guest. The camera devices are located in communal areas within the property and not in private spaces. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a £200 fee. Please note that not all CCTV cameras are live, some are visual deterrents only
