Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

All children are welcome. One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. All older children or adults are charged PHP 1500 per night for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 5. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform WResidences@BGC in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of PHP 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
