All children are welcome. Up to two children under 1 year are charged EUR 17 per night for children's cots/cribs. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing beds. One older child or adult is charged EUR 26 per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 4. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 2.

Please inform Your Base Dublin - Grand Canal Square in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Your Base does not have a reception. Guests are kindly required to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. An email with check-in information and address of the apartment will be sent to guests in addition to the booking confirmation. The apartments are serviced once a week for stays over 5 nights only. A security deposit of EUR 100 per person will be required upon arrival, this will be returned at the end of your stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the apartment.
