Children of any age are allowed. People no matter the age stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Center IBERPLAYA in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 19:00 carries the following extra charges: - From 19:00 to 22:00 EUR 60; - From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 100. Large Towels are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 3. Alternatively guests can bring their own. Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm from Monday to Friday. For later arrivals or on Saturdays, the keys must be handed in through the mailbox. To obtain the mailbox number and the code, you must have paid the entire stay, as well as the deposit, have entered the DNIS of everyone (including babies) and have signed the rental contract.
