Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 0 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 4 years old and over stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. No cots are available. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in takes place at Via Ghislanzoni 30. Please note that check-in after midnight is not possible.
