Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs CAD 20 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children older than 1 year are welcome. One child from 1 to 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 5. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please inform Cascade Lodge by Elevate in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Spa and gym facilities at this property are unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. Please note, at least one guest must be 25 years of age or older at the time of check-in and through the entire stay. The reservation will be cancelled if guests do not meet this age requirement. This is a Self Check In Property with Door Code Entry. We will send a message with the door code for the unit and a code for the parking lot ( if parking has been reserved ) after processing your credit card. A copy of the welcome letter will be in the room upon your arrival, please bring a copy with your Door Codes to check in directly to your Unit.
