Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 3.93 per person per night when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for € 12.15 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 18 years old and over stay for free when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Eva in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 49.98 per week. Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay. Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 600, to be charged in the case of damages.
