You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge for arrivals after checking hours will apply. € 30 applies for arrivals between 9:00 PM and 00:00 AM, and arrivals after 00:00 AM € 60. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can bring their own, additional sets have the following extra charges: Bed linen: € 20 per bed. Towels: € 7 per person, per towel. During your stay you can request the cleaning services you need and each cleaning service will be an additional 70€. Pets are allowed on request with a cost that can vary between €50 - €100 per pet.
