The property gates are locked at 23:00 sharp, and the property is not staffed after that time until the morning. Late check-in is not accepted and your booking will be treated as a no show if you arrive after 23:00. If you expect to arrive later than 23:00 due to transport delay, please contact the property directly in advance. Otherwise, your booking will be treated as a no show. The guest may enter and leave the property premises freely 24 hours a day once they have checked in. Breakfast is served between 08:15 - 10:00 only. Please inform property staff at the time of check-in if you wish to have breakfast. Paid private parking is available on site, but there is only 1 parking space. Please make a reservation in advance. Guests may park their vehicle until check-out. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked for free. Property staff are only able to answer the phone between 16:00 - 21:00. The property carries out daily cleaning between 11:00 - 14:00. The property is closed between 14:00 - 16:00 The property is an old, renovated structure and noise travels easily throughout the building. Please be considerate to other guests and control noise levels during the night. Guests are also advised to pack in the ground floor lounge due to the noise. All lights are turned off at 23:00 Please note that bathrooms and toilets are shared (separated by gender). Shared bathrooms and toilets are available 24 hours a day but become crowded between 22:00 - 00:00 and between 07:00 - 09:00. Please note that daily maid service is not provided to guests staying consecutive nights. Please contact the property staff directly if you want your bedding done again.
