Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for free when using an available extra bed. No cots are available. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Lytham Studio in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. TD Properties will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
