You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that arrival outside check-in hours (between 12:00 and 13:00) is possible upon request with the property and subject to availability, possibly for a surcharge. Please note that check-in after 21:00 hrs is not possible. Please note that later check-out is possible for a surcharge of EUR 8 until 10:00 hrs, EUR 16 until 10:30 hrs and EUR 25 until 11:00 hrs. Please note that surcharges should be payed upon arrival. The surcharge for the hot tub is EUR 10 per person per stay upon request with the property more than 24 hrs prior to arrival. The hot tub is not accessible between 21:30 and 08:00 hrs. It is possible to rent a private garage for a surcharge of EUR 10 per night. Please note that this accommodation uses special blankets which do not require linen covers. These blankets are always washed in between stays. If guests still prefer to use linen covers, they need to bring their own. The city centre is accessible with public transport via bus number 3. The bus stop is situated at a 7-minute walk from the accommodation. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the property. Smoking is allowed on the terraces and in the garden. Please note that parties and beer parties are not allowed. Extra people cost EUR 25 per person, per night.
