Princesa Ico apartments are centrally located in a quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, less than 5 minutes’ walk from Los Fariones beach. It features comfortable apartments and an outdoor pool.
All 1 bedroom apartments at Princesa Ico have a balcony with pool views. They offer a seating area, a sofa and a private bathroom. The kitchen includes a hob, oven and a coffee maker. Some of the apartments feature ocean views.
Guests staying at Princesa Ico also have full use of all Club Oceano complex amenities, located next to the apartments. The facilities include a heated pool, hot tub, children's pool, bar/restaurant with free WiFi, front desk services, and a spacious and furnished sun terrace.
Puerto del Carmen Old Town is 10 minutes’ walk away. Here you will find shops, bars and a variety of fish restaurants. There is also a golf club only 2.3 km from the apartments.
Arrecife is 19 minutes’ drive away while Lanzarote Airport can be reached in approximately 10 minutes’ drive.
