A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 20:00 until 23:00 costs EUR 35. After this time, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 20 per person/per stay
