San Brelade is situated in the Roundham area of Paignton approximately 0.75 miles from Paignton bus and train stations. There is a bus service which stops 50m from our door. There are a good number of taxi companies operating in the area. They have private tarmac car park with level access to the front garden where there is seating for guests. Access to the front door is via 5 concrete steps 2m in width and with a 16cm rise. Assistance with luggage is available. The dining room and guest lounge are on this level with no further steps. Access to the first floor is via a staircase with a wooden bannister. There are 16 steps with a turn after 8. The steps are 85cm wide with a 17cm rise and 25cm tread. Access to the second floor is via a staircase with wooden bannister. There are 5 steps, a turn , and a further 11 steps, same size as to the first floor. The Guest House is carpeted throughout. Children aged 4 years or older cannot be accommodated.
