A damage deposit of GBP 30 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that during summer holidays (end of June until end of August), the property can only cater for families during the midweek (Sunday to Friday). Please note that only guests aged 18 years and older can be accommodated at this property. Late check-in is available with prior arrangement. While the property tries to restrict the impact of the noise in bedrooms, the hotel and the street can be very lively late into the night. Please do consider this before booking. Please note that many hen/stag parties take place at the property during the summer months and this can lead to occasional disturbances. Please note there are limited parking spots available at the property.
