When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib. One child under 9 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. One older child or adult is charged USD 45 per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 3. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note the property kindly requires guests to provide their time of arrival. Guests requiring transfer services must additionally provide their flight number. Please note that guests will be charged the full price + VAT in case of no-show or cancellation inside the 7 days before check in. -- LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
