This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Coastal Tamarama in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 1500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Once the booking is confirmed, we will require a copy of the guest's ID along with a selfie photo while holding it. A valid credit card is necessary for the damage deposit bond, which will be authorized 2-3 days before your arrival. Kindly acknowledge and sign the terms and conditions before your arrival. Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your booking. Please note that the property can only accommodate guests aged 25 or older unless accompanied by an adult over 25. Additionally, there is a non-refundable 3.5% credit card fee for any payment made using a credit card. The booking deposit will be charged immediately after booking. Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We appreciate your booking and look forward to hosting your stay. Home Truths No lift access Side access is available from the front of the property to the backyard. All gated and secured. There are 10 steps from the footpath to the entrance of the home. There is construction happening 2 doors down and will commence 7am-5pm on Monday - Friday. Until the end of April there will be noisy work. The work will be done early 2025. No compensation will be offered in relation to construction noise as we've reflected our discounted price to match the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.
