Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 16 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 2 years old to 16 years old stay for £20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 17 years old and over stay for £30 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Premier Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon confirmation of booking, PREMIER SUITES will forward their standard terms and conditions and important property information relating to your stay. Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the apartments directly using the details supplied on your booking confirmation. Reservations for 3 or more rooms will be considered a group booking (Please note: we do not accept hen & stag bookings of any size). For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday 10:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 17:00.
