Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.

Please inform Homestay Roja in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please contact the property directly prior to arrival, to arrange key collection and check-in. Homestay Roja does not provide guests with invoices, able to provide on checks for regular individuals.
