Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form. City tax is applied according to the municipality laws and will vary based on the number of guests and nights. For safety reasons, an additional security deposit will be collected by credit card according to the property size. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.
