Located 5 minutes’ walk from Parallel Metro Station, and 15 minutes’ walk from Las Ramblas, Parallel-Patio features a private, furnished patio and free WiFi. The lounge area contains a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. There is a dining area and an open-plan kitchen with an oven and microwave. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the terrace can only be accessed up until 22:00.
