A quiet gateway into Rome, Altavista is located in Palestrina, just next door to the National Archeological Museum. The house comes equipped with free Wi-Fi and a full kitchen. Furnished with antiques, this 2-bedroom accommodation offers an elegant atmosphere and impressive panoramic views from the balcony. It also provides an iPod docking station and DVD player with various films for you to enjoy. The home’s interior has wood-beamed ceilings, a stone fireplace, and an arched doorway that connects the kitchen to the living room. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and towels. The owner is willing to drive guests to the Zagarolo Train Station for free. From there, it is easy to get to Termini or Rome’s centre. For a non-city experience, guests can take walks in the surrounding hills of Monti Prenestini.
