If your booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, then the full payment will be taken. In case of damages, breakage, key loss, etc., your credit card will be charged to cover the costs. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. Please note that key collection is available from 16:00 to 18:00. If you are planning on arriving after 18:00, please contact the property directly to arrange a self check-in. Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor and is only accessible by stairs.
