The apartments are located in a residential building, this means the front-desk is not available for guests, only for building residents. Please refrain from asking the front-desk's help should there be any problems. In turn, if there is a problem, please contact the the property owner via email and they will get back to you ASAP. The phone at the front-desk cannot be used by guests. Luggage cannot be stored at the front-desk or anywhere on the ground floor. Check-in is conducted as of 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00 (noon). A full night will be charged for check-out after noon. Please note toilet paper is provided for arrival only. Extra rolls should be provided by the guests. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
