Guests booked under a third party booking (different name on the booking) will be charged a pre-authorisation of GBP 50. Late check-in after 20:00 may be possible by prior arrangement with the property and for an additional fee of up to GBP 10 per person. The property cannot arrange an early check-in, but guests are welcome to leave their luggage. Late check out will result in a charge if room is not vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. The property operates a strict no smoking and loud noise policy. Any evidence of guests smoking in the room will result in a charge of GBP 100. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Lost or stolen keys will result in a GBP 50 replacement fee. Please inform the property in advance should guests have any dietary requirements. Please note that visitors or extra guests are not allowed in the hotel. Please note that this property does not accept group bookings of 5 people or more. Please note that any guests ringing the doorbell after 22:00 will be charged GBP 50. The property will send guests additional information regarding the stay via email. This property can only accommodate families and couples we do not offer car parking at the hotel .
