This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that cleaning service is done once a week. Also please note that the Panoramic only accepts payments via credit card. Please note that check-in between 19:00 and 23:00 is possible. Guests should request this service until at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Please note that if guests wish an invoice, they must provide the VAT number at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 500 is required at the check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there have been no damages to the property. Please note that cleaning is made twice per week and towels and linen are changed once per week. A baby cot is available, from June to September, at an extra cost of EUR 5. It is free of charge during the remainder of the year.
