If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older (an adult) and must occupy the property during the entire reserved dates. Access will not be issued to anyone who is not an adult. One parent chaperone must be present for every four guests under the age of 25. Parent chaperones must be present at the property at all times throughout the entire stay. During March and April, it is required that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the home for every three guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
