Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the reception hours are from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Check-in is available after 7:00 pm and check-out is possible until 11:00 am for cleaning services. For late check in, please contact the property at least 24 hours in advance, using the details on the booking confirmation or in the Special Requests box during the booking process, late check in has a cost of 20 EUR from 7pm to 9pm , and 30 EUR from 9 pm to midnight. Upon check-in, guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests who would like an invoice with a tax identification number must request it prior to arrival using the Special Requests box. A security deposit is required upon arrival. For T0-200 EUR, T1-300 EUR, T2-400 EUR, T3-500 EUR. This will be charged by credit card or cash. The refund must be made up to 7 days after check-out if there are no damages or occurrences in the apartment. For all stays longer than one week, towels are changed once a week. Sheets will be changed once every 10 days, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The property offers a baby cot from June to September at an extra cost of 5 EUR. The baby cot is free of charge the rest of the year. Pets are not allowed in the apartments. The apartments cannot exceed the capacity indicated in the reservation. This property does not accommodate stag or hen parties and similar parties.
