Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 01 Oct 2024 until Sun 18 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen & Towels: 20 EUR per person, per stay. Please contact the property before arrival for rental. Kindly notice that as per the condominium regulations, pets cannot access the common green area or the swimming pool area. A surcharge of 30€ applies for arrivals from 19:00 to 22:00 and a surcharge of 50€ applies for arrivals after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
