All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 6. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Colorado Mountain Cabins will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Cleaning service is not available. Each guest is responsible to leave the cabin as clean as they found it and to bring trash to dumpsters at the office. Cabin checks are performed prior to your arrival to ensure cleanliness. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided. Guests may bring their own or rent them from the property by requesting them in advance. Please note a set of linens is USD 13.50 and includes sheets, 2 pillowcases, towels, hand towels, wash cloths and a kitchen towel.
