This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests must sign the property's terms and conditions. This property has a strict No Party Policy and does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual Schoolies Week period. The property will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. Please note that there is a 1.7% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.
