无论是航空公司的客服还是Airpaz这边的，则需要更多的时间处理很多退款，导致对您的请求的响应延迟，敬请谅解。
Airpaz团队致力于不断跟进您的请求。打从申请取消过程开始，直到从航空公司收到您的请求已成功退款信息为止。
一旦您的航班取消申请已确认成功后，我们把退款改为12个月有效期的代金券，并传送到您指定的电子邮件。此代金券的金额从航空公司收到的金额完全相同。

新冠状病毒（COVID-19）健康与安全措施

为了应对您即将到来的航班，我们将确保您的健康和安全得到保障。请在出发前阅读以下您需要了解和准备的基本信息：
- 使用口罩及面罩 所有航空公司都要求旅客在飞行途中全程佩戴口罩及面罩（餐饮除外）。因此，为了降低机上感染病毒，请您随身携带口罩及面罩。
- 保持清洁 尽管病毒可能不会轻易在空气中传播，但还是要注意并远离他人，避免被传染。此外，保持双手清洁很重要。用肥皂和水洗手至少20 秒，或者使用含有至少 60% 酒精的干洗手。此外，双手避免任意碰触眼、鼻、口等黏膜。
- 旅行证件 在疫情期间，所有航空公司都要求乘客提供签证、有效护照、机票或机位确认文件及旅客健康声明书。若未能提供相关文件与身分证明，您将被拒绝登机。
- 体温检测 为了防止COVID-19的传播，所有机场都设立了红外线体温计对您进行体温检测。若体温异常，将被禁止登机。
