The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals between 19:00 and 20:00. And a surcharge of EUR 45 applies for arrivals between 22:00 and 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.
