The speciality of the Villa consists of sunny terraces, a private heated pool and an outdoor kitchen with Dalmatian barbecue (BBQ). Luxury Villa LeLu Split has four (4) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms and it is designed for accommodation for 6 + 3 (on sofa beds) people. Upon arrival at the Villa, there are 4 parking places. Entering the Villa itself, you enter the air-conditioned living area where is a living room with a large sofa that can be unfolded into a bed for 2 people and SAT TV with home cinema. High-speed Internet, YouTube, Netflix, IP TV and an additional speaker for Bluetooth, Aux make this living room into one place to enjoy music, movies and other entertainment and learning content. On the ground floor, you will find one lounge - a reading room with a sofa that can be unfolded into a single bed for one person. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. On the ground floor, a special place is occupied by a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen has a stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, ice maker and Lavazza coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils and will allow you to enjoy the preparation of Mediterranean meals or Italian coffees.
