You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can rent them for EUR 10 per person (bed linen) and EUR 4 per person (towels) should they wish to do so or they can bring their own. Please note that the energy is not included in the rate and will be deduced according consumption from the deposit. Linen rental on request: 12€/pers and towel rental: 8€/pers
