Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed. People 12 years old and over stay for SEK 300 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of SEK 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are not included. You can rent them for 250 SEK per person on site or bring your own. We charge an fee for the Sauna of 350 sek or 35 Euro per time. There are various water activities at the property. And you can rent the following equipments; rowing boat, SUP and kayak, additional charges will apply, that will be charged for every occasion. Please contact the property in advance of your stay to check the availability. Please note: The house is on a plot with a floating dock that is shared with several other houses. We therefore ask you to be considerate of other guests and avoid occupying the dock for long periods.
